These changes are needed for update to work with new
LFS fileystem, also minor bugfixes are included.

Because `vsnprintf` return value means:

"

`Logger` crashed when log msg was longer than LOGGER_BUFFER_SIZE.
Checking `vsnprintf` return value solves this issue.
