to import contact with phone number that couldn't
be parsed.

[MOS-593] Fix backup issues with DB

Backup had some issues when filesystem was not clearly closed.
After that, sqlite was not commiting the transaction while
doing VACUUM INTO query, which caused fail on the next
query. Fixed by commiting the transaction when there's
any ongoing one during backup.

[MOS-457] Alarms list updating fix

Fix of the issue that adding or deleting alarm in
alarms app didn't result in immediate updating
of the alarms list - app has to be closed and
opened for changes to be seen

[MOS-402] Time legibility on lock screen fix

Fix of the issue that time on the lock screen was
getting illegible after a few hours. This change
fixes the problem by performing deep refresh
instead of fast refresh every 30 minutes. The
refresh rate can be easily changed, as it is stored
in settings database.

Minor refactor of the module-os cmake.
Fixed stack overflows in bell application main and time service.

[EGD-7359] Remove 0 connection frequency for message only mode

When Offline/Message only mode is set, Pure should log into
the network to send and download messages based on
connection frequency. The default option was set to 0, which
meant that message only mode was not working at all.
