[EGD-7738] Fix modem reset

Fixed modem reset procedur so now it will not stuck in cellular
init on factory fresh phone. Also removed T3/T4 board recognition.

[CP-742] Fix assembly not being build

Assembly files were not included in the build. As a result there was no
valid hard fault handler in the binary.
