[EGD-7795] Unify options window title

Options window title in Meditation app was
incorrect. Now all options windows have
unified titles. Additionally few minor fixes
added.

[EGD-7475] Fixed a crash on phonebook search

The phone crashed if a user put a special char to the search engine.

[EGD-7205] Tethering can not be enabled in offline mode

The tethering should not be enabled in offline mode.

[EGD-7789] Sort timezones by their UTC offset

Currently, timezones are sorted alphabetlically.

[EGD-7769] Fixed private number translation

It wasn't properly translated in call log details window.

[EGD-7440] Fix BT statusbar after BT disconnect

BT statusbar was set by disconnect message, which was not
aware of BT on/off status, thus always after disconnect
the statusbar icon was set to idle/enabled
